Manfrotto QR Plate RC0

The Manfrotto MF 030 Quick Plate 1/4" can be used with large cameras.  As well as the standard quick release plates, Manfrotto also make Architectural and Hexagonal plates for still cameras. Architectural plates feature a raised edge to stop your camera from rotating on the plate, and hexagonal plates are ideal for larger cameras. MF_030 is a quick hexagonal mounting plate for quick-release system. MF030 plate 1/4 is supplied with 1/4" camera screw.
