There are two types of accounts for businesses at digiDirect
- 30-day business accounts
- non-30-day business accounts
What payment options are available to businesses?
There are a few different payment options available to businesses. Payment can be made via electronic transfer or by credit card (all credit card payments incur a 0.95% surcharge fee). For those businesses who hold a 30-day business account, once your order has been shipped & invoiced, you have 30 days to settle the account.
What is a 30-day business account?
A 30-day business account allows you to purchase through digiDirect business, receive stock and have 30 days from invoicing to settle the account - allowing you to keep your business spending separate from your personal.
Am I eligible for a business account?
If you have an ABN all you need to do is register your interest online, once your application is reviewed, if eligible you will receive an account application form from our business team.
When will I receive a response regarding my eligibility for an account?
If eligible, you will receive a business account application form from our business team between 1-3 business days.
How do I determine the credit limit on my 30-day business account?
Credit limits vary depending on the needs of the business, most credit limits are based on a business' initial purchase. However, it is important to consider your business' needs and purchasing patterns. Credit limits can be increased if needed, you can contact your business account manager for more information.
How soon can I place an order on my account?
Immediately! For non-30-day business account customers, you can email the business team requesting a quote and your account manager will manage your order from there. For 30-day business account holders, as soon as you receive confirmation of your account approval you can start ordering.
How do I place an order?
You can email or call the business team requesting a quote, these quotes can be amended as many times as necessary until you are happy to proceed. At this point, 30-day business account holders will send through a Purchase Order confirming the order, for non-30-day business account holders, payment will be processed and your account manager will then process everything and arrange shipment accordingly.
How does invoicing work with business accounts?
Orders are invoiced once they have been dispatched. If you receive scattered shipments as a result of stock availability, you will receive invoices for what you have received in that shipment.
