digiMarket products are sold online and delivered directly to consumers by the third-party sellers we have partnered with. You will not find digiMarket products in-store.

Does Price match policy apply to digiMarket?

digiDirect’s price match policy does not apply to products sold on digiMarket.

What Delivery types are possible with digiMarket?
  • Standard and Bulk only.
  • Marketplace Shipping
    • Any Marketplace item isn't eligible for the Express Shipping option. 1-7 days to most areas. Bulky item surcharges may apply - rates are shown at the checkout. All items shipped from the supplier will be shipped directly from our trusted Seller to you. Depending on their current shipping policy, your order will ship via Australia Post or external couriers with no signature required - however, this can rely on the Seller. We recommend contacting the courier directly once you receive your shipment details and tracking to either be left with no signature or redirected to the post office.
    • Please note: We ask that you enter your address carefully when ordering products shipped from supplier suppliers, as we can not edit your address on our end. Once shipped, you can contact the courier to amend

  • No, you can not use digiRent on digiMarket products.
As a Customer, can I purchase digiProtect for the digiMarket product?
  • No, you can not purchase digiProtect for digiMarket products.
As a Business Customer, can I purchase digiMarket items?
  • Yes, you can. However, you will have to place the order yourself as our Business Sales team can not process the order on your behalf.
