digiDirect will not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused by typographical errors related to price, specification or description, and reserve the right to withdraw from sale any item it sees fit. Prices are subject to change without notice.
In the case of forgetting to pick up your print order:
All film prints + Negatives are kept in-store for 3 months. After 3 Months we do not guarantee film prints and negatives will be available for collection. - Prints and Negatives will be securely destroyed after this period.
All film negatives are kept in-store for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks we do not guarantee film negatives will be available for collection - Negatives will be securely destroyed after this period
All digital prints, poster prints and other photo gift orders are retained for no more than 6 months. After this period, any prints are securely destroyed. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact you before disposal. We, therefore, ask that you leave us with up-to-date contact details whenever placing an order.Your right of recourse, in the case of lost film or digital media:
Subject always to appropriate State & Federal laws, your request for photo-finishing services constitutes your agreement that if your media is lost, damaged or not returned due to any cause, including negligence or other fault, liability is limited exclusively to the cost of the media before exposure. This includes but is not limited to, any claim relating to breach of copyright and you, the customer, indemnifies Express Digital Imaging (trading as digiDirect) in this regard.

You must have an account at www.digidirect.com.au to be a digiClub member - you can create an account at signup if you don't already have one, or use your existing account if you do.
digiClub subscription requires you to share your email address and mobile phone number with digiDirect. Your contact details will not be shared with any third parties, rather be used to contact you regarding digiClub benefits, which are not available to those who unsubscribe from digiClub communications.
A $10 digiDirect online coupon will be sent in all members’ digiClub confirmation emails 24-48 hours after signup. Coupons are valid for 365 days. Minimum spend $100. Not valid in-store, one coupon per customer, online only.
digiClub members will at times be entered into exclusive giveaways and competitions. Each giveaway or competition will have its own process and/or draw dates. The condition of entry is membership in digiClub.
digiClub members receive early access to digiDirect Sale events. They can access these deals online and in-store (by identifying their membership to digiClub on their mobile device).
digiClub members receive exclusive access to the digiClub Member Deals page, entitling them to regularly updated discounts that are typically better priced than for public users of digidirect.com.au. These deals can be accessed online (if logged in as a digiClub member) and in-store (if items are in stock, and by identifying their membership to digiClub on their mobile device).
A selection from digiClub Member Deals will regularly be sent to the email inboxes of members and via SMS.
digiClub members will receive a $20 coupon in the lead-up to their birthday (as long as they have provided their date of birth at time of subscribing to digiClub).
digiClub members will receive an annual $25 in-store print voucher. This will be delivered to their inbox, and can be redeemed when shown in-store, after a digiDirect representative verifies their digiClub membership status as active. This voucher is valid for 365 days and must be used in a single transaction.
digiClub membership entitles members to a 10% discount to digiDirect events. Vouchers will be delivered to members via email when applicable events are announced.
All Marketplace items purchased are not eligible for return or exchange unless a faulty or incorrect item is shipped.
Marketplace purchases, identified by “Shipped by”, are sold online by a third-party Seller named on your order confirmation directly and on the product page on the website.

Price match policy
The price excludes items sold by other digiDirect businesses and digiDirect Marketplace.
As digiDirect Marketplace products are sold and delivered by third-party Trusted Sellers, the digiDirect price match policy does not apply to products sold on digiDirect Marketplace.
Any Marketplace item isn't eligible for the Express Shipping option.

All shipped from supplier items will be shipped directly from our trusted Seller to you. Depending on their current shipping policy, your order will ship via Australia Post or external couriers with no signature required - however, this can depend on the Seller.
We recommend contacting the courier directly once you receive your shipment details and tracking to either be left with no signature or redirected to the post office.
Please note: We ask that you enter your address carefully when ordering shipped from supplier products, as we can not edit your address on our end. Once shipped, you can contact the courier to amend
