Once a package has left our warehouse we have very little control over it. Please note that delivery times listed above are only estimations and we can never guarantee a delivery date. digiDirect is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods.
What if I’m not home?
All digiDirect parcels require a signature upon delivery. An "Authority to Leave" will not be accepted under any circumstances. However, If you are not in attendance at the time of delivery, the driver will leave an "Attempted Delivery" card and your parcel will be returned to your local post office for collection. Government recognised photo I.D. displaying your address must be presented along with your "Attempted Delivery" card upon pick up.
Any Marketplace item isn't eligible for the Express Shipping option. 1-7 days to most areas Bulky item surcharges may apply - rates shown in the checkout. All shipped from supplier items will be shipped directly from our trusted Seller to you. Depending on their current shipping policy, your order will ship via Australia Post or external couriers with no signature required - however, this can depend on the Seller. We recommend contacting the courier directly once you receive your shipment details and tracking to either be left with no signature or redirected to the post office. Please note: We ask that you enter your address carefully when ordering shipped from supplier products, as we can not edit your address on our end. Once shipped, you can contact the courier to amend
