The digiDirect price match guarantee is offered to our customers which ensures they will receive the lowest price for a product. We believe our customers should have access to all tech products and services we offer and want our customers to shop in confidence, knowing they are getting the best value for their money

How do I request a Price Match?
Customer Finds a Lower Price: The customer discovers the same product or service offered at a lower price from an Authorised Australian competitor. This can be in-store, online, or through an advertisement.
Customer Provides Proof: The customer provides evidence of the lower price in the form of a printed advertisement, a screenshot, or any other acceptable proof of the competitor's pricing. The price of the product must be current. We do not accept expired prices.
Eligible Competitors: digiDirect will price match Authorised Australian competitors which include both physical stores and online retailers.
Store Verifies the Lower Price: The store or the online team verifies the provided proof to ensure that the product or service is identical and the lower price is legitimate and current.
Price Match: The product or service being compared must meet a specific criteria. Generally, the item must be the same brand, model, size, color, and have identical features or specifications. The store will typically verify these details to ensure an accurate comparison.
Price match guarantees may have certain exclusions and limitations which include:
  • Offers which include cash back, bonus, bulk purchase, quantity limits or packages.
  • Clearance, seconds, refurbished, ex-demonstration or display products.
  • Products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers on marketplace, auction or classifieds websites.
  • Products supplied through unauthorised distributors (known as 'grey market' items) or delivered directly to customers from an overseas distributor.
  • Pricing errors.
  • Products with pricing set significantly lower than the recommended retail price or market value.
  • digiDirect can not match a competitor's price, if the competitor is out of stock.
  • As digiDirect Marketplace products are sold and delivered by third-party Trusted Sellers, the digiDirect price match policy does not apply to products sold on digiDirect Marketplace.
