This precision-crafted tool features a sensor for 6-bit coded lenses, permitting aperture priority modes and accurate exposure metering. It will also write this information to the Exif data.
The Leica M-Adapter-L allows the user to mount more than 20 different M lenses on the Leica T, TL, TL2 or the SL (Typ 601). It also provides exposure metering, aperture priority auto exposure and manual settings.When 6-bit coded M lenses are used, the focal length and model designation are communicated to the camera and are made available in the file metadata.
