It is simply connected with its coaxial cable and without any connection to the current. Whether it is for a television, a decoder or a Freeview receiver, the antenna fits perfectly into your interior with complete discretion. It is amplified and designed for digital reception, whether it is HD Freeview channels or DAB radio.

A magnetized magnetic base to improve reception quality
This TV antenna is equipped with a base with magnet in order to fix it easily on the one hand, and above all to increase its capacity to receive waves. Indeed when you place the antenna on a metal surface, its reception capacity is increased. It then becomes easier to receive all the Freeview channels even with a great distance from the regional transmitter. Its rod shape gives it both strength, simplicity, sobriety and above all allows it to receive digital data as well as possible and to retransmit them on your television.
A standard coaxial cable
Connecting this antenna is very easy. All you have to do is connect the antenna cable to the antenna socket on your TV. No need for mains, socket or USB connection. The cable is long enough to be able to place the antenna in the location offering the best performance.
It is a UHF (Ultra High Frequency) antenna, allowing to capture DVB-T and DVB-T2 data.
Trouble Shooting Steps of DTA250:
Step 1: Please try to place the DTA250 antenna close to the window or place it to an item with strong magnetic;
Step 2: Make sure that the IEC connector connection between the TV and the Antenna is tightened when you use the antenna, If not, please try to tighten it or replace a new one firstly before using it;
Step 3: Use the roof antenna to help receive the signal if you first use the antenna;
Please Note:
Please note that reception also depends on the distance to the regional transmitter. Very thick walls, neon lights and energy-consuming electrical appliances (fridge, oven, air-conditioning, etc.) can reduce the capacity of the aerial. It is advisable to search for channels with a roof aerial and then use this small aerial.
On some TVs or Set top box, an integrated antenna power can be turned on to boost signal.
