- You must provide us with details about yourself that are true, current and correct.
- Credit card details supplied to us by you, the purchaser, must be true, current and correct.
- We accept payments over 128-bit SSL encryption, ensuring its security.
- We may change the details of a product, including specifications and prices, at any time without prior notice.
- We may refuse sale or delivery due to price discrepancy caused by a technical or human error at any time.
- It is solely your responsibility to ensure the product ordered is suitable for its intended use as we are not liable to you for any product you order which is unsuitable for your intended use.
- Our prices are shown inclusive of GST, and to this end, we will follow payment with a valid tax invoice.
- A purchase of our product will result in a charge to either your credit card or your PayPal account for the amount stipulated, which will include the price of selected products and the cost of shipping and handling where applicable.
Commercial Quantities and Purchase Limits
At our discretion, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per customer or transaction when it is deemed that the order may be for resale or commercial purposes. This helps ensure that all our customers have equal access to our great deals.
We may decline orders or impose restrictions on quantities if we believe an order is part of a bulk-buying or resale activity. If such a determination is made, customers will be informed, and adjustments to the order may be applied.
These limits apply to both in-store and online purchases. Our goal is to maintain fairness for all customers, and we appreciate your understanding.
Shipping and Handling
- Your order is shipped using Australian Post (or their sub-contracted courier services), and basic transit insurance will have been taken out by us on all items.
- Delivery time depends on the geographical distance from our Sydney based warehouse. 3-7 business days metro and 5-10 business days to outlying areas Australia-wide.
- Flat Rate Express shipping is available upon request at $15.
- Without exception, once delivery has been taken your order becomes your sole responsibility.
- We do not deliver overseas.
- In all cases, shipping will only ever be processed after we have verified your delivery address.
- If we are out of stock, or delays occur in delivery, you will be notified within 3 standard business days of placing your order.
- All deliveries require a signature, an "Authority to Leave" will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- Allowing a delivery to be left at an unattended address by you through your local post office voids all recourse you may have had with digiDirect
- If you are not in attendance at the time of delivery, the driver will leave an "Attempted Delivery" card. Your parcel will be delivered to your local post office for collection. Government recognised photo I.D. displaying your address must be presented along with your "Attempted Delivery" card.
Replacement / Money back
- Any goods delivered by us must be inspected, and any damage or error in supply must be reported, within 3 days.
- If our product has been damaged or a mistake has been made, we may accept its return and replace it with an equivalent product or credit the price paid, at our discretion.
- Upon return of any product, if a damage claim is found by manufacturer testing to be an error on your behalf, you will be expected to pay postage before the item is returned.
- In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, digiDirect does not offer refunds for change of mind.
General Terms and Conditions in-store and online
- Any single offer made by digiDirect cameras & imaging or digiDirect.com.au cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
- A discount constitutes an offer
- A gift card or gift voucher constitutes an offer
- All offers apply to full price services only
- All offers apply to in-store services only, unless otherwise stated
- Any voucher must be presented at time of order
- No voucher can be redeemed for cash
- No offer or voucher is transferable unless by prior agreement
- Most vouchers have a 3-month life (please check the expiration date of your voucher)
- Gift cards and gift vouchers, unless otherwise stated, will not be honoured beyond 12 months
- digiDirect reserves the right to exclude any items from any sales, promotions or offers at our discretion without explicit written notice, especially for items that are difficult to maintain the stock of, or pre-orders.
Payment & Handling Fee
Online: All transactions include a 0.95% payment and handling fee.
Instore: All non-cash transactions include a 0.95% payment and handling fee.
Best Price Guarantee - Terms and Conditions
The digiDirect Best price Guarantee is offered to our customers to ensure they receive the best price in the market. If you find a cheaper price, at a locally stocked competitor, digiDirect will beat it by at least $1.
Best Price Guarantee excludes:
- Offers which include cash back, bonus, bulk purchase, quantity limits or packages.
- Clearance, seconds, refurbished, ex-demonstration or display products.
- Products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers on marketplace, auction or classifieds websites.
- Products supplied through unauthorised distributors (known as 'grey market' items) or delivered directly to customers from an overseas distributor.
- Pricing errors.
- Products with pricing set significantly lower than the recommended retail price or market value.
- digiDirect can not beat a competitor's price, if the competitor is out of stock.
- As digiDirect Marketplace products are sold and delivered by third-party Trusted Sellers, the digiDirect Best Price Guarantee does not apply to products sold on digiDirect Marketplace.

SALE Period General Terms and Conditions.
From time to time digiDirect will run a 'SALE'.
The following terms and conditions will be set in place without exception during any digiDirect SALE.
- Gift Cards are never available at a discounted rate.
- Any item noted as a 'pre-order' item is never available at a discounted rate.
- During said SALE period 'rain-checks' and 'roll-backs' are not offered.

Spend & Save Campaign - December 2023

Click & Collect.
- A Click & Collect service allows you to pay for an item online and pick it up at a time convenient to you*.
- When you select Click & Collect, your items are reserved and paid for, all you have to do is collect.
- You will, however, need your order number, ID and the credit card used to pay for the order.
- A Click Collect service saves on delivery fees and means you don’t have to hang around at home waiting for the delivery guy.
- On average we need about an hour to process, pick and pack your order. This could stretch out during peak sale periods. We'll send you an email when your order is ready to pick up.
- If the item you have ordered is not available from the store you've selected, we'll get in contact with you and we'll work out a mutually suitable solution.
*Subject to availability and store trading hours
- digiDirect will hold your order for pick up at the nominated store for thirty (30) days from the date of the “Ready for Collection” notification sent to you by email or phone call. After thirty (30) days digiDirect may cancel your order and provide you with a store credit on your account for any money paid in respect of that order.

Typographical Errors
digiDirect will not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused by typographical errors related to price, specification or description, and reserve the right to withdraw from sale any item it sees fit. Prices are subject to change without notice.
digiPrint Lab agreement
In the case of forgetting to pick up your print order:
All film prints + Negatives are kept in-store for 3 months. After 3 Months we do not guarantee film prints and negatives will be available for collection. - Prints and Negatives will be securely destroyed after this period.

All digital prints, poster prints and other photo gift orders are retained for no more than 6 months. After this period, any prints are securely destroyed. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact you before disposal. We, therefore, ask that you leave us with up-to-date contact details whenever placing an order.Your right of recourse, in the case of lost film or digital media:
Subject always to appropriate State & Federal laws, your request for photo-finishing services constitutes your agreement that if your media is lost, damaged or not returned due to any cause, including negligence or other fault, liability is limited exclusively to the cost of the media before exposure. This includes but is not limited to, any claim relating to breach of copyright and you, the customer, indemnifies Express Digital Imaging (trading as digiDirect) in this regard.

digiClub is digiDirect’s loyalty program.

You must have an account at www.digidirect.com.au to be a digiClub member - you can create an account at signup if you don't already have one, or use your existing account if you do.
digiClub subscription requires you to share your email address and mobile phone number with digiDirect. Your contact details will not be shared with any third parties, rather be used to contact you regarding digiClub benefits, which are not available to those who unsubscribe from digiClub communications.
A $10 digiDirect online coupon will be sent in all members’ digiClub confirmation emails 24-48 hours after signup. Coupons are valid for 365 days. Minimum spend $100. Not valid in-store, one coupon per customer, online only.
digiClub members will at times be entered into exclusive giveaways and competitions. Each giveaway or competition will have its own process and/or draw dates. The condition of entry is membership in digiClub.

digiClub members will receive a $20 coupon in the lead-up to their birthday (as long as they have provided their date of birth at time of subscribing to digiClub).
digiClub members will receive an annual $25 in-store print voucher. This will be delivered to their inbox, and can be redeemed when shown in-store, after a digiDirect representative verifies their digiClub membership status as active. This voucher is valid for 365 days and must be used in a single transaction.

6 Months Interest Free with ZipMoney
- digiDirect's 6 months interest-free offer is made available by zipMoney to approved customers with minimum spend of $500.
- Available to approved applicants only and subject to completion of satisfactory credit check.
- Minimum monthly repayments are required. Paying only the minimum monthly repayment amount will generally not repay the purchase within the interest free period.

All Marketplace items purchased are not eligible for return or exchange unless a faulty or incorrect item is shipped.

- Who is Shipping your Item: Your order will be shipped directly from our trusted Seller.

- Carrier: This could be Australia Post or a private courier.
- Delivery Time: Most orders are shipped within 1-7 days.
