**Note: A bulk shipping surcharge of an additional $20 applies on selected products that are large in dimensions and/or weight.
For non-metro regions within Australia, especially locations offshore from mainland Australia, these delivery timeframes may be longer due to limited delivery services available (allow 5-10 business days)
Once a package has left our warehouse we have very little control over it. Please note that delivery times listed above are only estimations and we can never guarantee a delivery date. digiDirect is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods.
All digiDirect parcels require a signature upon delivery. An "Authority to Leave" will not be accepted under any circumstances. However, If you are not in attendance at the time of delivery, the driver will leave an "Attempted Delivery" card and your parcel will be returned to your local post office for collection. Government recognised photo I.D. displaying your address must be presented along with your "Attempted Delivery" card upon pick up.

Additional charges may apply for bulky items. You'll see these costs at checkout.
Signature
Most deliveries require no signature, but this can vary by Seller.
Delivery Preferences
Once you have your tracking number, please contact the courier to arrange a specific delivery option. Changes are not always possible. (e.g., leaving it at the door or redirecting it to a post office).

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot change your address once the order has been shipped.
