This near-mint pre-owned Panasonic Leica DG Macro-Elmarit 45mm f/2.8 ASPH. MEGA O.I.S is optimised for close-up shooting. It is a short-telephoto 90mm-equivalent prime for Micro Four Thirds mirrorless cameras. Designed to strict tolerances in collaboration with Leica, this lens's optical design uses aspherical and extra-low dispersion glass elements to reduce aberrations and distortion for notable sharpness, clarity, and colour accuracy. Multi-coated elements also reduce lens flare, and a floating elements system helps maintain consistent image quality throughout the focusing range. As a macro lens, a maximum magnification of 1:1 is possible for life-size rendering and a minimum focusing distance of 15 cm for working with close-up subjects. An internal focusing mechanism maintains the overall length of the lens during use, and MEGA O.I.S. It is also featured to reduce the appearance of camera shake when shooting handheld.
In Summary. This Lens boasts a superb image quality with minimum distortion. The quality of the photos taken with it are outstanding. Manual focus works very well.
