The kit itself features a Manfrotto-type baseplate with integrated 15mm dual-rod clamp and a quick release plate with 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 mounting screws. The bottom of the baseplate also has 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads for attachment to additional quick release mechanisms. An improved locking mechanism with both a release button and a locking lever makes for effortless mounting and dismounting without fear of shifting.
