This Shimoda Rain Cover for Explore 30 & 40 is compatible with the Shimoda Designs Explore 30 and 40 Backpacks and is designed to provide enhanced protection while under heavy rain. Constructed from waterproof polyester, this rain cover is lightweight and securely attaches along a compatible backpack's sides and top handle.
When used with an Explore 40 Backpack, this rain cover forms a snug fit. For an Explore 30 backpack, additional space is created for a tripod mounted along its front panel. While not in use, the travel Rain Cover is packable within its storage pouch.

Water-Repellant Taffeta Shell
Our rain covers are made from Polyester 185T Taffeta with a Durable Water Resistant 1500mm coating. This lightweight material sheds water quickly and protects your pack.
Tripod Friendly
Sized with extra volume to fit over tripods attached to the backpack.
3-Point Attachment
The Rain Cover securely attaches to both sides of the belt and then to the top handle. This 3-point anchor system ensures the cover stays on in harsh, windy weather.
Compact for Easy Storage
The Rain Cover self-stows in its own built-in pouch for easy portability.
