This solid glass dome, only 0.05mm thick, is manufactured using a high-precision mould coupled with a specialised manufacturing process. It has an ultra-high Young's modulus and exceptional internal resistance coefficient, which together provide high-frequency extension and resolution that traditional diaphragms cannot achieve. This glass diaphragm is accompanied by a custom-designed suspension system designed to provide the most linear deformation possible over a long stroke. This combination results in ultra-low distortion, a wide dynamic range and high-frequency resolution of rare quality.
