Activating Film Camera Mode

Viewfinder-Only Framing
In Film Camera mode, live view is disabled on the rear LCD – you can only compose through the viewfinder. Don’t forget to advance the lever after each frame, so you’re ready to make the next image. These small limitations fuel the creative spirit.
Developing Your Images
Once you’ve finished your film roll, it’s time to develop the images. Transfer your film roll to the X half app, where digital development begins. Your images will be processed and saved to your smartphone and app gallery – waiting is all part of the magic.
Digital Contact Sheet
Alongside your images, a digital contact sheet of the entire roll is saved, allowing you to relive the story you’ve recorded. There’s no ‘right’ photo – every frame, even the imperfect ones, become an essential part of the journey. (You can cancel the film camera mode by double-tapping the sub-LCD. You can save and view the images you have taken up to the point of canceling by transferring them to the app.)
Seamless Printing with instax Link Series
