The 1-year DJI Care Mavic 2 plan covers damage to your aircraft, gimbal, or camera sustained during normal use. During DJI Care's period of validity, if accidental damage occurs during normal use, repair fees and related costs will be covered by DJI.
Note: Must be purchased with new aircraft. Customer information will be relayed to DJI for automatic activation. DJI Care Refresh can be purchased only for any camera that has not been activated or has been activated for less than 48 hours.
Note: DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding products must be purchased from the same country or region.
Note: DJI Care Refresh only supports aircraft purchased from official or authorized channels, and its benefits are only eligible in the region where it was purchased.
