Two Fast Replacements
DJI Care Refresh offers two replacements in one year, including one chance to use Flyaway Coverage. When it comes to accidents like water damage, collisions, or missing aircraft, you can have the product replaced for a small additional cost.
Flyaway Coverage
DJI Care Refresh Flyaway Coverage covers situations where the aircraft goes missing during flight. The Flyaway replacement service is available when you bind your DJI account & device with the aircraft in advance through the app. The Flyaway replacement service cannot be used if the account or device was not bound before the flyaway incident occurred.
Full Coverage, Hassle Free
Accidental damage is covered by the replacement service, including collisions, water damage or other causes. The replacement units are brand new or equivalent to brand new in performance and reliability.
Save Time With Express
Express is an option that allows you to skip the dammage assesment & quotation process. A DJI service centre will ship you a replacement as soon as they receive your product.
Rewards for safe flight
Throughout the service period, if you haven't used any replacement services, DJI will provide you with a 1 year warranty extension as a reward.
