Connect your 5.1 speaker system to the 3.5mm outputs for immersive surround sound. You can also enjoy virtual surround sound with up to 4-pole stereo headsets. This sound card is designed to support high impedance, 600Ω headphones without quality loss at any volume. You can customize your audio experience with the free-to-download Creative App.
However, the Sound Blaster Audigy Fx V2 doesn't just enhance your entertainment content. The SmartComms Kit includes a suite of applications that are specifically developed to simplify online communications. Features include VoiceDetect for automatic muting and unmuting and two-way noise cancellation. A 3.5mm microphone jack is available alongside a line-in port. Installing a separately purchased Sound Blaster Audigy Fx V2 DBPro daughter adds support for 7.1 surround sound and an optical-out port. A low-profile bracket is included. The Sound Blaster Audigy Fx V2 works with Windows 10 or later.

Automatic Muting and Unmuting
The VoiceDetect feature controls your mute status by voice detection as you speak-your microphone gets muted automatically when you stop speaking and unmutes you instantly as you start speaking. There is no need to fiddle with any buttons-physical or in-app- so it keeps you focused on your train of thought.
Two-Way Noise Cancellation
NoiseClean-in analyzes your incoming audio (imagine someone with a noisy background in your video call), detecting and suppressing the unwanted noises, before sending just their voice to you through your headphones. NoiseClean-out does the same, but for your own background noise.
