The Canson Somerset Discovery Pack (8 Sheet) is a traditional printmaking paper which has been used by artists for a range of time-honoured techniques such as intaglio, etching, stone lithography, silkscreen, relief printing and letterpress. The same traditional fine art paper is now available to photographers, printmakers, and artists alike, enabling them to digitally reproduce their original artwork as a limited edition using Somerset Enhanced digital fine art paper.
A proprietary inkjet receiving layer has been applied to all the papers within the range. This innovative coating produces prints with superb colour reproduction, deep blacks and pure whites, offering photographers, artists and printmakers the opportunity to create images with a superb tonal range, excellent highlights and mid-tones
The SOMERSET Discovery Pack enables photographers and printmakers to test each of the papers and select the weight, surface texture and aesthetic that meets their individual needs.
