Can I get a quote before coming in?

Yes — call or visit your local digiDirect store and we'll guide you through the process.
What format will my digitised files be in?

We can provide MP4 video files or JPEG/TIFF photo scans on USB or via download link.
How long does it take?

Timeframes vary depending on service and volume, but most jobs are ready within a few business days.
Can I bring fragile or rare originals?

Yes. Our team handles all items with care and will discuss safe handling options with you.
Do all your stores have a lab?

Not every store has an in-house lab, but we've got you covered. Our Sydney CBD store doesn't have a lab on-site, but you can drop off your film or print jobs there. We'll process them at our Bondi Junction lab and return everything to the CBD store promptly for easy pickup.
