Please note that, to comply with Australian Second-Hand Dealer laws, participants must be at least 18 years old and provide proof of ID (typically a government-issued photo ID such as a Driver’s License or Passport). As the legal owner of the gear, your valid identification helps us ensure a secure and transparent trade-in process for everyone.

You’ll receive your trade-in value as part payment towards any purchase of new gear. If you’re not ready to buy now then you’ll receive payment in the form of a digiDirect gift card, which you can save until you’re ready to buy new gear. Gift Cards have an expiry period of three years.
