  2. The prize is provided by DIGITAL IMAGING EXPRESS PTY. LTD ABN 92 122 703 806, 34-48 Cosgrove Road, South Strathfield NSW 2136
  3. To enter the Competition, an eligible person must enter during the Competition Period (27 July - 18 August 2026): Visit https://www.digidirect.com.au/photo-contest (digiDirect Photo Competition Page) and follow the details requested in the entry description, including outlining the equipment used.
  4. Photos entered must not be taken on a smartphone.
  5. Entry to competitions and giveaways are free and open to residents of Australia over the age of 18 years. The competition is open to Australian residents only. Multiple entries from an eligible person are allowed but they must be unique.
  6. Employees of digiDirect and the employees’ immediate family may not enter the competition. “Immediate family” includes a parent, child, sibling, step-parent or step-sibling.
  7. Competition name: digiDirect Photo of the Year Photo Contest
  8. This competition is a game of chance. Each photo entered is an extra entry!
  9. There are 2 (two) prizes available.
  10. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.
  11. The maximum total prize pool is valued at $250.
