This clear pre-owned Nikon Z 24-70mm f/4 S lens covers a very useful focal length range. The Nikon Z 24-70mm f/4 S lens is a versatile zoom that spans wide-angle to portrait-length perspectives. Its constant f/4 maximum aperture maintains consistent exposure across the zoom range and offers a more compact, lightweight alternative to an f/2.8 zoom. The optical design uses a unique aspherical extra-low-dispersion element, along with three aspherical elements, to reduce chromatic aberrations and distortion across the zoom range, delivering high image sharpness and clarity. Both Nano Crystal and Super Integrated Coatings also reduce flare and ghosting, improving contrast and colour rendering in bright and backlit conditions.

Complementing the optics, a stepping motor delivers quick, quiet, and precise autofocus, along with full-time manual focus override, for both stills and video applications. A programmable control ring can be set to provide intuitive adjustment across a variety of camera and exposure settings. Additionally, the lens has a button-less retractable barrel to realise a more compact form factor when not in use.

Employing one aspherical ED glass, one ED glass, and three aspherical lens elements, outstanding optical performance is realised, yielding sharp resolution even in the peripheral areas of the frame

Standard focal range from wide-angle 24mm to medium-telephoto 70mm can effectively cover a wide variety of scenes and subjects; This lens enables high-quality images without changing lenses

Constant maximum aperture of f/4 throughout the entire zoom range. This enables the use of a high-speed shutter without increasing ISO sensitivity even in comparatively dark situations

The easy-to-carry, weighing approx 500g, the lightweight body employs a retractable lens mechanism that can be set on/off via zoom ring rotation without pressing a button. The filter size is 72mm. (An optional clear protective filter is recommended but not included.)
