The Sony ECM-LV1 Lavalier Microphone w/ 3.5mm TRS Connector is a versatile lavalier microphone designed to be visually unobtrusive and suitable for a variety of situations and uses. The lav features two omnidirectional capsules that each pick up sound in a 360° radius, resulting in stereo audio capture and comes terminated by a 1m cable and 3.5mm TRS connector.
The low-profile mic is only 32mm in length and 11mm in diameter, while the included 360° rotatable clip offers flexible options for discreetly attaching the mic to clothing. The electret-condenser capsule is powered by plug-in power from your camera, voice recorder, or transmitter, so a battery is not required. The included foam windscreen helps reduce wind noise for cleaner recordings.

Flexible attachment with a 360-degree rotating clip
The flexible rotating clip lets you attach the microphone at any convenient angle. It allows any orientation from horizontal, for a necktie or lapel, to vertical for a pocket clip.
Simple, unobtrusive design
Small in size at just 32mm in length and 11mm in diameter, the plain black ECM-LV1 is simple in form as well as highly mobile. It's designed to be unnoticeable when attached to clothing, in order to be useful in a variety of shooting situations.
Included windscreen minimises wind noise when shooting outdoors
The ECM-LV1 comes with a windscreen designed to reduce the impact of both wind noise and the speaker's breath sounds. The result is clear and stable sound recording even when shooting outdoors on a windy day.
