The SmallRig MagEase Magnetic CPL Filter (52mm) 4216 helps eliminate reflections from non-metallic surfaces, such as lakes, windows, waterfalls, glass buildings, and more. This also helps improve image clarity, detail, and color saturation. The overall effect can be adjusted by rotating the filter. A CPL (Circular Polarizer) filter reduces the amount of available light by 1-2 stops and requires either the aperture or shutter to be opened as compensation, which makes it effective as a neutral density (ND) filter.
SmallRig built this filter using Schott B270i HD glass that protects against water, stains, mildew, and scratches. The filter also features anti-reflective and multi-layer coatings and a CNC-machined frame that eliminates vignetting. It magnetically secures to SmallRig's 52mm Magnetic Filter Adapter Ring, M-Mount Filter Adapter Ring, or Universal Mobile Phone Filter Clip.
