It attaches to the bottom of the body via a 1/4"-20 screw, increasing the ergonomics while providing an attachment point for your tripod with its integrated Arca-type base.
The bottom features multiple 1/4"-20 mounting threads for optional plates, and there is also a QD port and a strap slot to add an optional wrist or shoulder strap. It retains full access the camera's battery and memory card ports. The plate is constructed with aluminum and the grip features a textured, anti-slip silicone surface that integrates seamlessly with the camera design.
