The Canon 12x32 IS Binoculars deliver exceptional clarity and reach, offering powerful 12x magnification in a compact, easy‑to‑handle design. These binoculars are engineered for users who want bright, sharp viewing without the bulk of traditional high‑magnification optics. Whether you’re observing wildlife, enjoying live sports, or travelling, the 12x32 IS offers a beautifully balanced combination of performance and portability.
Canon’s renowned Image Stabilisation technology is the standout feature here. With a simple press of a button, the binoculars actively counteract hand shake, allowing you to enjoy steady, detailed viewing even at full 12x zoom. This makes a dramatic difference in real‑world use, especially when tracking moving subjects or viewing at long distances. The result is a smooth, comfortable viewing experience that feels far more refined than standard binoculars.
Optically, the 12x32 IS delivers crisp resolution and excellent colour fidelity thanks to Canon’s high‑quality lenses and coatings. The wide field of view makes it easy to locate and follow subjects, while the comfortable eye relief ensures extended viewing sessions remain enjoyable. Every detail has been designed to enhance your experience, from the ergonomic grip to the intuitive control layout.
This particular unit is Open Box, meaning the packaging was damaged, but the binoculars themselves are brand new and unused. They have been fully checked and confirmed to be in perfect working condition, and all accessories are included. It’s an ideal opportunity to secure a premium Canon IS binocular at a significantly reduced price, with the reassurance that the product itself is pristine.
If you’re looking for a compact, high‑performance binocular with industry‑leading stabilisation and outstanding optical quality, the Canon 12x32 IS is an exceptional choice. This Open Box unit offers unbeatable value for anyone wanting professional‑grade viewing without paying full retail.

12x High Magnification Ratio
Thanks to an excellent optical system, Canon’s 12x32 IS binoculars deliver impressive performance and a stunning close-up view at 12x magnification. This makes it easy to see details and actions you would likely miss with the naked eye. From the intricate feathers of a bird on a branch to the expression on the face of a graduating student or the ball flying out of the ballpark, what you want to see can be brought closer with the 12x32 IS binoculars.
Lens Shift Image Stabilisation
The 12x32 IS binoculars feature a powerful Lens Shift Image Stabilisation system that’s remarkably effective at cancelling out movement- and vibration-induced shaking. Borrowing technology from Canon’s EF lenses, Lens Shift Image Stabilisation maintains a steady view by incorporating a continually adjusting vibration gyro mechanism, moving the IS lens both vertically and horizontally. This helps the 12x32 IS binoculars deliver clear, sharp images with minimal colour fringing, providing a consistently pleasing view.
Powered IS Mode with Microcomputer Control Technology
Originating from Canon’s high-quality video and digital camera technology, the 12x32 IS binoculars’ Powered IS technology significantly improves upon conventional binocular IS technology. Activated with the press of a button, Powered IS makes it easy to maintain a high-magnification view, especially in situations where body movement or strong shaking might occur. Toggle between Powered IS and Normal IS to pick the ideal mode for the scene, whether your subject is still or in motion.
Improved Design and Comfortable Grip
Lens Shift Image Stabilisation not only improves optical performance, but also makes the 12x32 binoculars easier and more comfortable to hold. By miniaturising the IS unit, the binoculars deliver an ergonomic, sturdy grip and quick, intuitive access to the IS switch, focusing ring, diopter, and more.
Field Flattener Lens
For edge-to-edge sharpness, the 12x32 IS binoculars use a field flattening lens element. Countering the blur typically caused by the curvature of conventional lens elements, field flattener lenses help deliver a sharp, low-distortion image across the entire field of view.
Super Spectra Lens Coating
To suppress colour bias, lens flare, and ghosting, and deliver a sharp, high-contrast view, the 12x32 IS binoculars feature Super Spectra Coating on their lenses. This coating suppresses reflected light across a wide range of wavelengths, delivering high contrast, high definition, and a clear viewing experience.
Minimum Focusing Distance
A notable reduction over previous models, the 12x32 IS binoculars feature a minimum focusing distance of 6.6 ft. (2m), ideal for viewing animals, flowers and other small objects from a short distance. Combined with the 12x magnification ratio, it’s easy to see even the smallest details with the 12x32 IS binoculars.
