The lightweight magnesium alloy bracket features anti-rotational systems that provide a snug fit on the camera body, guaranteeing stability even with heavy-duty professional equipment. The bracket keeps the weight centred over the tripod, avoiding lens movement when changing position. While the bracket can be used with cameras without a battery grip, use with a grip is preferable to keep the lens centred. Two 200PL-14 type quick release plates are built into the bracket for Q2 quick releases.
