The Manfrotto MK290DUA3-3W 290 Dual Aluminum Tripod with 3-Way Pan/Tilt Head features a 90° center column for shooting tabletop, low-angle, or macro photography. It extends from just 5.5 cm above the ground to 175.5 cm high. The tripod weighs 2.59 kg and can hold up to 4 kg worth of gear. Its 3-sections legs have tension-adjustable flip locks to individually adjust each leg's height. Four locking leg angles enable you to place the tripod in a variety of positions. A rubber grip on one of the legs aids in carrying the tripod, and rubber feet keep it stable on slippery surfaces.
The included 804 3-way pan/tilt head features retractable handles, which decreases the overall size when not in use. A built-in spring assists with the tilting motion of the head by compensating for heavier lenses and cameras with off-center loads. A 200LT-PL quick-release plate is included for quickly attaching and removing your camera from the head.

3 Section Legs
The Manfrotto 290 Dual Tripod features a 3 section leg design constructed from Aluminium to give it strength and durability.
Multi Angle Leg Positions
It features 4 leg angles that can be independently set for each leg, enabling you to fine-tune the camera's position, especially on uneven or sloping surfaces. Keeping the tripod legs wide open at 88° allows you to get extremely low to the ground, enabling you to shoot macro pictures with ease.
Horizontal Centre Column Mechanism
The 290 is equipped with a patented centre column mechanism that equips you with the ability you to shift the centre column from vertical to a horizontal 90° position in a snap. The unique design of this mechanism enhances versatility, making it a breeze to shoot top down, flat-lay style images with maximum stability and truly parallel perspectives.
3-Way Pan Head
The Manfrotto MH804 is a 3-way pan head with independent pan and tilt locks for fuss-free camera positioning and compositional fine-tuning. A built-in spring assists with the tilting motion of the head, compensating for heavier lenses and cameras with off-centre loads. Its unique retractable handle design reduces the tripod head footprint, making it more compact and easier to store and transport. The bubble level indicator helps you align the camera to the horizon ensuring your framing is straight and true.
Quick Release Plate
The quick release plate allows you to remove your camera from the tripod quickly and easily. Additional quick release plates (sold separately) can be attached to lenses or additional camera bodies for quick interchange during a shoot. One 200LT-PL quick-release plate is included in the bundle.
