The Kondor Blue Cage for Sony a7S III is compatible with the a7S III as well as the a7S II and a7R IV/III/II. The robust cage features an Arca-Swiss baseplate with a quick release plate and 1/4"-20 screw as the camera attachment method, allowing you to easily move your camera between the cage and Arca-type tripods. The plate is locked in place at the flip of a large, secure lever on the side, and it's fully released at the press of a blue push button. Even when you don't need to move the camera to a tripod, the quick release system allows you to quickly remove the camera from the cage when it's needed. Rubber padding on the camera plate and the wall of the cage ensures safer camera attachment.

Mount Types
A NATO rail and a shoe mount are provided on top, and the entire left side is also a NATO rail. There are 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads for accessories, including 3/8"-16 anti-twist threads with ARRI locating pins in multiple places. There are also 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 tripod threads on the bottom. The shoe mount was designed to support an optional XLR module and can support a variety of other accessories as well.
Magnetic Allen Key
A small screwdriver is included for securing the quick release plate to your camera, and an Allen key is provided for further tightening the camera should you want to. The Allen key can be magnetically attached to the bottom of the cage, ready for use when you need it. It can also be used for breaking down the cage into its individual parts.
