While standard mechanical keyboards scan for inputs at 1000 Hz, the Keychron K10 Ultra 8K operates at an 8000 Hz polling rate on both 2.4 GHz wireless and wired USB Type-C connections. This means the keyboard transmits data to your computer eight times faster than standard gaming keyboards, reducing input latency to a mere 0.125 milliseconds. When switching to Bluetooth 5.2 mode, the keyboard operates at 125 Hz, which is optimised to conserve power while maintaining stable multi-device connectivity for everyday typing tasks.

To deliver a refined, satisfying typing sound, this keyboard features a sophisticated five-layer acoustic damping stack that absorbs unwanted vibrations and eliminates hollow metallic pinging. The damping system includes:
