How do I request a Price Match?
STEP 1
Customer Finds a Lower Price
The customer discovers the same product or service offered at a lower price from an authorised Australian competitor. This can be in-store, online, or through an advertisement.
STEP 2
Customer Provides Proof
The customer provides evidence of the lower price in the form of a printed advertisement, screenshot, or any other proof of the competitor’s pricing.
STEP 3
Eligible Competitors
We price match authorised Australian competitors, including both physical stores and online retailers offering identical products.
STEP 4
Store Verifies the Lower Price
Our team verifies the provided proof to ensure the product or service is identical and the lower price is legitimate and current.
STEP 5
Price Match
The product being compared must meet specific criteria — same brand, model, size, color, and identical specifications to ensure accuracy.
Price match guarantees may have certain exclusions
