Depending on stock availability, you have the option to pick up your purchase from any of our 7 stores. We will endeavour to send you your order pick up notification* within 1-4 hours of purchase.
*Please remember to wait for your email notification that the order is ready for collection prior to making your way to the store.

Deliver to local store for click & collect

You also have the option to choose to pick up from any of our stores, and we will deliver your order to your selected store within 24-72 hours for you to collect from your chosen location. Once again, please remember to wait for your email notification that the order is ready for collection prior to making your way to the store.

Collecting your order

You Before picking up your order, please wait for a notification email that tells you that your order is ready for pick-up. Click & Collect parcels must be signed for at the store or location nominated upon checkout for pick-up.
Upon pick-up, please provide us with the following: 

Order confirmation 
Credit card used to pay for the order 
ID

*Please be mindful that we will only be holding your order for a maximum of 3 months.

Can someone collect my Click & Collect order for me?

Although it is preferred that the purchaser picks up their own order, we do have an exception for family members. However, we do require a written and signed authorisation from the person who placed the order, detailing who will be collecting the order on their behalf. They must ensure they present the following upon pickup -Their own ID to match the approved name for collection -Order confirmation email
