This well-used, pre-owned Nikon 55mm f1.2 Nikkor Lens for Nikon AI produces an ultra-shallow depth of field and pleasing bokeh, making it a beautiful lens for portraiture. Its extremely fast maximum aperture also makes it ideal for low-light conditions. This lens has a 52mm filter thread.

Nikkor 55mm F/1.2 AI is a bright, standard lens. It employs one of the fastest lens speeds in its group. At full aperture, the lens has a pleasing contrast and sharpness. The lens features seven elements in six groups of optical construction. It has a 43° viewing angle, a 0.6-meter close focusing distance producing a 1:7.9 magnification ratio, and a 52mm filter thread.

This is the last release of this really legendary lens (the rest - being non-Ai coupled). The Serial numbers are 400001 - 425518. It was manufactured from 1977 to 1978 and is rather rare.

Nikon Nikkor 55mm f1.2 Ai Lens has been checked. It is in very good working condition but looks well used. It comes with both lens caps.
