Body: Clean with a few tiny fine scuff marks on metal rings.
The rubber hood is in good condition with no deterioration or cracking.
The glass is clear with no fog or fungus but has some fine light scratches that would not impact the photo quality.
Functionality: Fully functional. The Filter and lens hood have been overtightened, and we have not tried to separate them. We have left them this way as they're used in this configuration.
Sold as is, no warranty is implied or given. If it is not as described, there is a 10-day return period.

It protects the lens coatings on your lens glass from damage. It has a genuine Zeiss Ikon AG 1109 S27 Collapsible 27mm Rubber Lens Hood, which shades the sun or other light sources, thus preventing glare and lens flare. It is also helpful in protecting the front element of your lens from potential damage and scratching.
