The SmallRig MagEase Magnetic CPL Filter Kit with M-mount Filter Adapter (52mm) 4388B helps eliminate reflections from non-metallic surfaces, such as lakes, windows, waterfalls, glass buildings, and more. This also helps improve image clarity, detail, and color saturation. The overall effect can be adjusted by rotating the filter. A CPL (Circular Polarizer) filter reduces the amount of available light by 1-2 stops and requires either the aperture or shutter to be opened as compensation, which makes it effective as a neutral density (ND) filter.
SmallRig built this filter using Schott B270i HD glass that protects against water, stains, mildew, and scratches. The filter also features anti-reflective and multilayer coatings and a CNC-machined frame that eliminates vignetting. It magnetically secures to the included SmallRig Magnetic Filter Adapter Ring (52mm).
