Once a package has left our warehouse we have very little control over it. Please note that delivery times listed above are only estimations and we can never guarantee a delivery date. digiDirect is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods.
What if I’m not home?
All digiDirect parcels require a signature upon delivery. An "Authority to Leave" will not be accepted under any circumstances. However, If you are not in attendance at the time of delivery, the driver will leave an "Attempted Delivery" card and your parcel will be returned to your local post office for collection. Government recognised photo I.D. displaying your address must be presented along with your "Attempted Delivery" card upon pick up.
Marketplace Shipping
  • Who is Shipping your Item: Your order will be shipped directly from our trusted Seller.
  • Express Shipping: Unfortunately, express shipping isn't available for Marketplace items.
  • Click and Collect: Marketplace items are not available for Click and Collect.
  • Carrier: This could be Australia Post or a private courier.
  • Delivery Time: Most orders are shipped within 1-7 days.
  • Bulky Items: Additional charges may apply for bulky items. You'll see these costs at checkout.
  • Signature: Most deliveries require no signature, but this can vary by Seller.
  • Delivery Preferences: Once you have your tracking number, please contact the courier to arrange a specific delivery option. Changes are not always possible. (e.g., leaving it at the door or redirecting it to a post office).
  • Important: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot change your address once the order has been shipped.
