You must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer to earn Qantas Points when you purchase an eligible product online or in-store as outlined below:

Earn 1 points per $1 spent on eligible products and services either in-store or online. Eligible products and services are cameras, lenses, lighting and studio equipment, drones, optics, photo accessories, audio and visual equipment, pro video products, smart home products, computers, tablets, phones, digiPrint services and orders redeemed with a gift card. You will not earn Qantas Points on digiRent products, gift card purchases, delivery, or returned or refunded items.

You will need to provide your Qantas Frequent Flyer member number in-store or online at the time of payment. If you are unable to provide your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number at the time of the transaction, you will be unable to earn Qantas Points.

You are unable to earn Qantas Points if you cannot produce your Qantas Frequent Flyer member number at the time of sale.

Check for an email from Qantas Frequent Flyer, as your membership number is included at the top of the email. You can also find your Qantas Frequent Flyer number (and points balance) on the Qantas app after logging in.

Qantas Frequent Flyer is waiving the joining fee of A$99.50 for digiDirect customers. You can join for free here.

Once you’ve filled in the join form, you’ll receive a Qantas Frequent Flyer number via email which can be used right away.

If you make your first purchase in-store, please provide your Qantas Frequent Flyer number at the time of payment. When you make your next purchase online, you will need to validate your Qantas Frequent Flyer number at check-out.

If you make your first purchase online, please link your Frequent Flyer number at check-out and your details will a utomatically link for when you purchase in-store next.

If you are unable to provide your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership details at the time of the transaction, you will not earn Qantas Points.

You should contact the Qantas Frequent Flyer service centre on 13 11 31 or complete the enquiry form at https://www.qantaspoints.com/about/contact-us.

You will need to provide the following information for the query to be followed up by Qantas Frequent Flyer and digiDirect:

    • Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number and full name

    • digiDirect retail store name

    • $ amount of purchase

    Your points will be allocated and visible in your Qantas Frequent Flyer account 45 days after the transaction date.

    If you made your first purchase in-store, you will need to validate your Qantas Frequent Flyer account details to your digiAccount online the next time you log in or make an online purchase
