Rods can be united to make longer tracks (using the included screw junctions), joined at different heights using the V-Offset component, or shifted laterally using the H-Offset component.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"mText\"\u003eAlthough the possible uses are numerous, these long rods primarily serve as the track for SYMPLA Fixed or Variable Plates, since the extra length allows a wide range of camera and lens (and viewfinder) combinations to be correctly positioned for the operator and for other SYMPLA components, such as the Flexible Mattebox. Made in 15mm diameter tubular aluminium for strength and reduced weight, 300mm Rods are the longer of SYMPLA's two sizes.
