Gitzo - Big Foot 50mm 3pcs uses 3/8 Thread GSF50

The 3-pack of the Gitzo Big Foot 50mm (3pcs) is designed for Gitzo Tripods or Monopods that connect to an existing foot using a 3/8"-16 accessory thread. Each 50mm Big Foot features a 50mm-wide rubber pad that forms a ball-and-socket joint with a steel 3/8"-16 mount that screws into the bottom of a compatible tripod or monopod leg.

When a Gitzo 50mm Big Foot is used, the ball-and-socket joint allows the rubber pad to tilt so that it maintains complete contact with a flat surface regardless of the angle position of a connected tripod or monopod leg. By maximizing contact with the surface on which it rests, the ability of a tripod or monopod leg to help provide a stable platform for a camera, sport optic, or accessory is enhanced.
