The Xlite 120x120cm Indirect Umbrella Softbox is a perfect pair with speedlites offering soft box control with the set up ease of an umbrella. An optional tilting bracket (sold separately) is required to mount the Speedlite and softbox onto a light stand with full tilting capability. No need for an adapter ring as virtually all style studio lights come standard with an umbrella receptacle to attach the Xlite 120x120cm Indirect Umbrella Softbox.

The larger the light source, the softer the light. That is certainly the case with this extra-large softbox featuring a 140-degree light spread. Perfect for portraits and couples, this unit also offers a recessed edge to allow better control of light. Face the light forward through the white diffusion front for specular highlights. Specular highlights will provide a "hot spot" on your subject with a greater fall off from highlights to shadows. Diffusion fabrics are pure in color so the color temperature going into the fabric is the same color temperature coming back out. The large recessed edge provides even greater light control allowing feathering of light to see exactly where the light is starting and stopping.
