The Hoya 82mm UX II CIR-PL Filter is reflected by electrically non-conductive surfaces is more or less polarised depending on the angle of incidence, i.e. its vibrations are not evenly distributed in all directions, but preferably aligned in one plane. A polarizing filter allows such light to pass through, weaken or block this layer depending on the arrangement of the filter, without impairing the colour neutrality of your shots. Polarising filters have a rotating socket so that you can observe the reflection-reducing effect in the viewfinder and adjust it optimally.
