1. APP does not display pictures

Check if the camera indicator light is on, if it is off, or the interface contact is poor, please re-insert it.

2. Product drawing stuck

When the product is stuck, please keep the battery level of your cell phone above 20%.

3. Image is not clear

The best imaging focal length of the product is: 2cm-10cm, please calibrate the distance to the object you are looking at, or clean the front of the camera with a clean alcohol cloth.

4. Camera heat

It is normal for the camera to become warm, especially when the camera LED is at its highest brightness.
