Other exclusive services include a two-year warranty, free two-way shipping, exclusive technical service, and more.
DJI Care Refresh can be bound to a previously purchased DJI aircraft if it is a brand new and un-activated aircraft or an aircraft activated within the last 48 hours. Please note that DJI Care Refresh is only eligible in the region where it is purchased. To ensure that you can enjoy the service normally, DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or region.
To ensure your aircraft is supported by the flyaway replacement service, please bind your DJI account and the remote controller with the aircraft in advance via the app. The flyaway replacement service cannot be used if the account or remote controller was unbound before the flyaway occurred.
If damage or a flyaway scenario occurs to the product during normal use or from an accident, after completing the replacement service process, you can obtain a functional product from DJI. Please note that a replacement fee is required for product replacement.
This protection plan extends the manufacturer's warranty's parts coverage to 2 years. Free repair service is provided by DJI if the covered parts are malfunctioning due to a non-user error while under warranty.
