Our digiProtect 3 Year Cover for Product Valued $0 - $1000 offers extended warranty protection for that extra peace of mind and additional benefits to your consumer rights and manufacturer's warranty. Your digiProtect Cover starts the day your product's manufacturers warranty ends and will continue for three years beyond that date. The offer is applicable 21 days from the initial product purchase.

With 3 Year digProtect we cover Freight & Service calls, guarantee 21-day repair for items repaired in Australia and offer a No Lemon Guarantee on the third separate fault. You are also covered for faults caused by electrical surge events and the cover can be transferred by notifying us within seven (7) days of gifting or selling your product.

Additionally, this cover includes Technical assistance and advice based on the latest technical knowledge available to our agents. Simply give us a call on 1300 889 148 during the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm AEST Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) for technical support.

When purchasing this item, in the Notes section of the Checkout page; simply state which item that you previously purchased that you would like this digiProtect to apply to and our team will allocate it accordingly.

How to make a digiProtect claim?
If Your Product breaks down during the Manufacturer’s Warranty period before the commencement of the digiProtect Term, contact the manufacturer to remedy the fault under the terms of the Manufacturer’s Warranty. You may also be entitled to alternative rights and remedies from the selling retailer and/or the manufacturer under ACL.

If You are claiming under Your Plan during the digiProtect Term, before You call please conduct a basic check of Your Product. Checking the manufacturer’s Product manuals and instructions will often pinpoint what is wrong and advise You how to remedy the issue.

  • Call Us on 1300 889 148 Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm, Saturdays 9:00am to 12:00pm AEST (excluding public holidays). One of Our friendly team will verify Your details and assist You with Your claim. Please have Your Receipt ready before phoning.
  • You must call Us prior to arranging repair or replacement of Your Product, any costs associated with repair, removal or installation of Your Product will not be paid unless approved by Us
  • We will require Your Product to be assessed to determine if it has suffered an Eligible Fault. This may be done by Us or one of Our Authorised Repairers, otherwise, arrangements will be made for a service agent to contact You. We will advise You if We need an assessment and how that assessment will be made.

Additional Protection to the Australian Consumer Law
The Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”) protects consumers by automatically giving them basic, guaranteed rights for goods they purchase (“Consumer Guarantees”) at no charge.

For example, the ACL requires that taking account of the nature of goods, the price, any representations made by the supplier or manufacturer and other relevant circumstances, the goods must be free of defects, do what they are meant to do, be safe, durable and acceptable in appearance and finish, be fit for any particular purpose that the consumer makes known and comply with any description given or any demonstration model used.
