Eligible Entrants: Entry is open to residents of NSW, QLD, VIC, NT, WA, and TAS who are 18 years or older. This competition excludes residents of SA and ACT.

How to Enter: To enter the Promotion, entrants must, during the Promotional Period: 

1. a) Make a purchase at any digiDirect store or online at digidirect.com.au.
   b) A purchase counts as a single entry. Multiple purchases will equal multiple entries into the draw.
   c) All entries received during the Promotional Period will be entered into the final draw.

Draw Date and Winner Selection: A total of 10 winners will be selected via a random draw at 02:00 pm AEST on Friday, 6th September 2024 at Digital Imaging Express Pty Ltd, 11 Burrows Road South, St Peters, NSW, Australia 2044. Each winner will receive a digiDirect gift card equivalent to the value of their purchase, up to a maximum of $1,000.

Prize Conditions:

• Each winner will receive a digiDirect gift card with a maximum value of $1,000, irrespective of the purchase amount exceeding this value.
• Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the gift card are not included.
• Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash.
• The gift card must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions set out by digiDirect.

Proof of Purchase:Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt as proof of purchase. Winners may be required to present their receipt to validate their entry.

Winner Notification:Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within two (2) business days of the draw. Winners will also be published on the digiDirect website [www.digidirect.com.au/birthday-competition] by 13th September 2024.

Unclaimed Prizes: If any prizes remain unclaimed by 06/12/2024, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at 02:00 pm AEST on 09/12/2024 at the same location as the original draw. The winners of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified via email and phone within two (2) business days and published online.

General Terms:

• Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
• The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
• The Promoter collects personal information for the purpose of conducting the Promotion. This information may be used for promotional activities or disclosed to third parties as required by law.
