The IXUS 300 HS features a new 10.0 Megapixel High Sensitivity CMOS Sensor with DiG!C 4 Image Processor, offering the highest image quality available, this helps capture those wonderful memories in low light conditions and helps reduce noise at high ISO speeds. The IXUS 300 HS also features an f/2.0 lens, HD movie recording and Canon's TruCapture Technology.

Canon’s Ixus 300HS enhances image quality in low-light situations and helps reduce noise at high ISO speeds. And the 300 HS’ f/2.0 lens further increases image sharpness and quality by allowing more light to enter, permitting higher shutter speeds and in therefore reducing the effect of camera shake.

The IXUS 300 HS has the fastest high-speed burst rate to date in a Canon compact digital camera with 8.4 frames per second (fps), so you will never miss any of the action. The IXUS 300 HS also features 720p HD movie recording plus a new Super Slow Motion movie function and incorporates Canon’s TruCapture technology – Optical Image Stabiliser for clear, sharp shots; DiG!C 4 Image Processor for true-to-life colours; and Intelligent Auto that makes taking photos simple.  The Ixus 300HS offers ultra-high capacity SDXC memory card support that will give you greater storage options for your Hi-Defenition memories.
